Vote for School Excellence

Public Schools are under threat in the US during this election. As an elected trustee-school board member for 24 years in the San Dieguito Union High School District, I believe that quality public schools should be the cornerstone of a community. The job of a Board member is to provide the best possible education for every student. The importance of including and respecting every part of the school community including students, parents, staff, and administration is key to having a nationally known quality public school district. I know that Kevin Sabellico supports and respects all in the school community. Kevin was a student leader at Canyon Crest Academy before he graduated from UCSB. He cares about public education and our students, parents, and teachers. I chose not to run in 2010 to make way for new ideas and a new generation of school leaders. Kevin is supported by school board members, parents, teachers, and former school board members. We need him to lead in keeping excellence by continually improving the district with the help of students, parents, staff, and administration.
