2016 Election by the Numbers

As the Sandpiper went to press, the San Diego County Registrar of Voters (ROV) had counted over 1,285,000 general election ballots county-wide, with an estimated 2,000 mail and provisional ballots still to be counted. Here are the numbers reported by the ROV as of Dec. 3.
