looking for new HOME
PROVIDERS – to
provide affordable housing
in Del Mar. If you are
a Del Mar homeowner
with an extra room or
separate unit to exchange
for rent &/or
services, please fill
out a Home Provider

to learn more about
the program. Becoming
a home provider offers
many benefits: a bit
of extra income from
rent, help with chores,
companionship or preventing
loneliness, practice
in seeing what it's
like to share your home.
All prospective tenants
are prescreened, and
background checks are
conducted. All efforts
are made to find a compatible
match for you. No one
is placed with you until
you have met and fully
approved the individual.
