Del
Mar residents,
Tom and Claire McGreal,
were unexpectedly
invited to attend
an Orange County
Town Hall meeting
with President
Obama on March 18th.
They were unaware
that the President
planned to privately
meet with them
and a number of
other
grassroots volunteers
prior to the meeting.
The couple had
been involved in
several years of
volunteer work
promoting his candidacy
and felt as though “they
had just won the
lottery.” |
