Location:  Del Dios Highlands County Preserve, off Del Dios Highway in Escondido
Description:  Join the San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy on a guided hike at Del Dios Highlands County Preserve, which connects the San Dieguito River Park with Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve.  Our route will take us past Olivenhain Reservoir for panoramic views of the watershed on a 4-mile hike which is moderately-strenuous for intermediate hikers, strenuous for beginners.  Bring water and sun protection.  Reservations are required - contact hikes@sdrvc.org or (858) 674-2275 x12 for directions and to reserve a space.
